The staff were incredible. I had many good conversations with Gökhan, who was a very warm and friendly character to all. The staff were also well versed in a number of languages. The hotel also has it's own in-house cats, which added to a more friendly feel of the location. The room was very clean and all the usual equipment you would expect was there. Hotel management was very friendly too. Although the location isn't anywhere near key locations, being away from main attractions meant that it was always very quite and peaceful when trying to get to sleep.

We had really kind people around us especially mr. Kivanch and mr. Mahmut made sure that we became everything like food, hair dresser and all the things that we needed. This was the first Hotel ever in Istanbull that had really kind Staff and kind of some family vibes inside, which made us also feel comfortable. I would recomend this hotel to everyone that stays in istanbul for short time because everything is really near by.

The hotel stuff was wonderful. Especially the guys at the reception that helped us with every question we might have had. And okran if I’m not mistaken, who bought us every morning breakfast to our room was too kind. They upgraded our room to a very nice jacuzzi suite with a nice view. The hamam was ok too. I’d choose this place again on my next visit to Istanbul

Originally wanted to stay at another place but this one turned out to be even better since it's very quiet there. I was walking from there down to all the liveliness like restaurants. Takes around 34 min or so.
